Eligibility
All products are eligible for returns and refunds. If you receive a defective or unsatisfactory product, you may request a return or refund.
Refund Process
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI. We will request your UPI details to complete the refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof of defect (photos, etc.) may be requested.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
